Server logs
Like any web server, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs, such as the address requested, the time, and your browser's IP address and user agent. They are used only to keep the site running and are deleted on a regular schedule.
Please don't enter real information
Don't type real usernames, passwords, Social Security numbers or health information into this site. The forms don't send them anywhere, but there's never a reason to enter them here.
